Keepers
  • Each team may keep up to 2 eligible players
  • Keepers can be kept for three years maximum before becoming draft eligible once again.
  • Keeper status (tenure) is persistent regardless of how the player is acquired (draft, trade etc)
  • Any eligible player chosen to be a keeper ($10 Minimum floor price) will have an additional 25% added to their most recent value/cost in Year one.
  • Any eligible player chosen to be a keeper in year two will have an additional 33% added to their most recent value/cost.
  • Any eligible player chosen to be a keeper in year three will have an additional 40% added to their most recent value/cost.
  • All keeper value/cost will be rounded up ( Player A who is drafted at $13 and kept will cost $17 to keep in year one)
  • Free Agents picked up during the Regular season are keeper eligible and will have a flat value of $10 in year one.
  • Any new keeper in 2023 will have a first year minimum keeper price of $10. (Ex: if Player A was drafted for $6, the minimum price to keep him will be $10. Player B who was drafted for $9 will have a keeper price of $12 in Year one)
  • Free agents picked up during the Playoffs by eligible teams are not keeper eligible.
  • Any eligible or existing Keeper may be traded for another eligible or existing keeper during the offseason.
  • Up to two eligible keepers can be traded on both sides of the transaction. Any keeper involved in a transaction must be kept by the acquiring team, be on the roster, and the eligible salary price deducted from the salary budget from the team at the start of the draft.
  • Keepers must be declared to the commissioner at a date set before the Draft.
  • Any keeper who is submitted post that date will not be honored.
  • Keepers may be removed or replaced previous to the draft due to injury only.
  • Any keeper who is injured post the completion of the draft will be treated as a standard roster spot.
Auction
  • Each team receives a starting budget of $200
  • Dollars spent on Keepers count against this budget ( Team A keeps two players for a total of $25, Team A will enter the draft with $175)
  • Every roster spot is equal to a minimum of $1 during the draft
  • Auction budget does not roll over and cannot be used outside of the draft.
Free Agents
  • Free agents can be picked up through the bidding waiver system throughout the week.
  • Each team is allotted $100 in budget to bid on free agents through the regular season.
  • Sunday morning approximately 10:30AM EST waivers will be "Open" and all unclaimed players will be in FA state and allowed to picked up until kick off of their teams game.
  • On Sunday Morning before waivers are "Opened" players cannot be Claimed. Claiming a player during this time will lock the player from availability.
  • Any member of the league who claims a player during this time will be subject to a penalty depending on the intent, severity and timing of the infraction. The minimum penalty will be $2 taken off their FAAB up to forfeit of their matchup.
  • Players who have already played cannot be picked up during the entire free agent period until the conclusion of the weeks games.
  • Any free agent picked up with a designation that would allow them to be placed on IR must take up an active roster spot on the team and cannot be placed in a designated IR spot.
  • Players who have already played or were eligible to play cannot be dropped to create a roster spot for a free agent who is yet to play.
  • Once the regular season has concluded only Active playoff teams can add or drop players.
IR (Injury reserve)
  • There is one eligible IR spot per team
  • If the IR spot is filled any player with the designation IR must take up an active bench spot
  • The IR spot is to be used exclusively for players that are on IR, which is designated by IR, NFI-IR etc. Players with any other designation (Q,D,O,PUP,NA etc.) are not eligible to be placed in the IR spot.
  • COVID-19 designation will be treated as O or NA.
  • There will be no additional IR spots for Covid 19: Reference
  • Any player who intentionally misuses the IR spot will be eligible for penalties from suspension of waiver wire usage for at least one week up to a 33% penalty of their current Waiver balance.
Trades
  • All trades are eligible to be vetoed by the league
  • Trade integrity is paramount to maintain a level playing field
  • Any eligible or existing Keeper may be traded for another eligible or existing keeper during the offseason.
  • Up to two eligible keepers can be traded on both sides of the transaction. Any keeper involved in a transaction must be kept by the acquiring team, be on the roster, and the eligible salary price deducted from the salary budget from the team at the start of the draft.
  • If any team is deemed to engage in unethical behavior they will be subject to penalty.
  • In the event that a trade needs to be processed to allow for players to be eligible - the league will be apprised and will have a 24 hour window for a veto vote. If the trade is upheld within the allotted time frame the commissioner can process the trade.
Rule Changes / Voting
  • All active rules are eligible to be changed, amended, or removed prior to the completion of the Draft for the eligible season
  • New rules are eligible to be created prior to the completion of the Draft for the eligible season
  • All new rules and or changes to existing rules must be voted upon by the league.
  • A vote to modify an existing rule or implement a new rule will commence once a member of the league proposes it to the league.
  • Once a proposal is initiated a deadline of no more than one week will commence to collect the votes.
  • A vote shall only pass if an eligible majority of the league votes in favor of the proposed rule.
  • A vote can only be deemed eligible if greater than 50% of the league (7+ members) participate in the vote.
  • Rules can be implemented during the season if the rule in question pertains to maintaining the overall integrity of the league, eliminating exploits, angles or other form of behavior that is deemed damaging to ensuring a fair playing field for all members.
